This work is the author’s follow-up to his previous work, The Kinfolk Table, here taking the same ethos of slowing and down simplifying life, cultivating community, this work focuses on interior design with the goal of making a more mindful, intentional, intimate home.  The book looks at 35 homes across the world, some of the buildings holding a long history and others modern — but together are thematically linked by their intentional interior design. These include photographs, inviting interviews and profiles, essays, effectively photographic and narrative home tours.
